What is personal information?

Who we are

Anatech Inc. includes, at the time of writing this, outside sales representatives and customer service personnel and supporting staff. We use a number of consultants and agencies that may, in the course of their duties, have limited access to personal information we hold. These can include computer consultants, temporary workers to cover leave or holidays, credit card companies, website managers, accountants and lawyers. We restrict their access to any personal information we hold as much as is reasonably possible. We also have their assurance that they follow appropriate privacy principles.

RETAINING PERSONAL INFORMATION

Our site is hosted on Shopify Inc (“Shopify”). Some information you provide to us is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the Shopify application, on secure servers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with an AES-128 encryption, through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction.

Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.
