Returns

We hope you love your OOFOS but if for any reason you're not entirely satisfied, it's super simple to return or exchange your item.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be clean, unworn, unused and in the same condition that you received it. All returns are subject to inspection and verification by Anatech Inc to determine eligibility for full, partial refund or exchange.  Items deemed non-returnable can be returned at your expense.

To return or exchange your product, please request an RA number by sending an email to orders@anatechinc.com.

To complete the return or exchange transaction, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether it has been approved or rejected for your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges 

All exchanges will be handled as quickly as possible. Items returned will be at the customers expense. Shipping fees will apply on all exchanges under $100.

Shipment Errors

While Anatech strives to ship error-free, these things can happen from time to time. Please check your order immediately upon delivery and report any errors on shipments within 5 business days of receipt by contacting head office by phone or email. All exchanges for errors will be handled as quickly as possible. The item must be returned in clean, unworn, unused and resaleable condition in original packaging.
